"I stayed in the Royal side as it was updated more recently. Was great to be able to walk from one end of the strip to the other starting at the end.
Had an issue with the shower drain was able to text the hotel and they had somebody right up to fix it right away.
Great family, friendly hotel. We were very happy with the stay. To be fair if I was taking both of my kids, I would stay on the resort side so I was closer to the pool but being that I was going to shows it was easier to be on the Royal side closer to the Uber pick ups.
My only complaint would probably be a check in. There were a lot of issues for a lot of people that day, but it did sound like a one off."
"Pros: very clean, comfortable bed (although I will be bringing my own pillow next time), great service, outstanding water pressure in the shower, easy complimentary valet parking, super fast elevator, and no casino, so it doesn’t smell like smoke.
Cons: limited food options and the surrounding area isn’t spectacular.
Overall, I was super happy with my stay at the Trump, and I’ll definitely be going there again. "

"My stayed and my family here at Horseshoe was great. I liked to give outstanding to Ms.L²an she did a good job to rechecked in me on my extended stay at Horseshoe. She did comfort me on my stayed. She did amazing things and make sure if that my stayed and my family will be taken caring off while at Horseshoe. She offered me to if I want to extended my checked out. And I said no. I do appreciate it but i have to go get my surgery done the next day. I mentioned to her that i booked my vacation on December here. So i hope to see her again. Overall my family and I stayed great. "Room needs to be cleaned better. Hair was all over the carpet and bathroom floors. I would never walk barefoot here. Beds and everything else was nice and clean. I would never walk barefoot here. Great location. Amazing restaurants in the hotel from budget friendly to luxury. I tried all the restaurants. Stubborn Seed, NADC burgers, AQUA and Juniors were all amazing. I would stay here again for sure but ask for the room to be cleaned better."
