"La estancia fue asombrosa , espectacular , nos encantó a mi esposo y a mi . Fuimos a celebrar mi cumpleaños y fueron muchas las sorpresas en la habitación y en el hotel. La limpieza espectacular . Las personas muy agradables . El servicio excelente . La recreación con variadas opciones. La comida muy variada . La atención de Kristel fue muy dedicada y esmerada es una persona muy agradable que ama su trabajo y complace a los clientes con su amabilidad . Siempre pendiente a complacernos en nuestra estancia . Me encantó que cuando llegamos nos hizo una presentación del hotel y nos acompañó a los lugares . Unas vacaciones excelentes . Nos quedamos sorprendidos con la zona hotelera mexicana . Fue una estancia increíble . Estamos muy felices de haber seleccionado Majestic Elegancy Costa Mujeres . "

"Breakfast could be different options each day not the same everyday I can’t say anything bad about the staff Aron and ulecess oh my goodness went above and beyond made my birthday very special I tried all the restaurants and wanted to do the steak house for my special day almost didn’t get to eat there because it was fully booked I told the attendant it was my birthday and they made sure I got my birthday wish the steak was amazing would definitely come back again "
