“I don’t usually write reviews, but this stay was so wonderful I just had to share it. Every staff member was friendly, polite, and always smiling. Their warmth made such a difference and really made us feel welcome. The food was amazing — we tried teppanyaki, French dishes, and everything tasted great. The restaurants were beautiful, and the cocktails at the pool bar were unforgettable. I’m not even a big drinker, but every drink was delicious! Our room was cleaned twice a day, and the staff……

“Garza Blanca is a wonderful “new-feel” resort, in a quieter area outside the busier Cancun hotel zone. The friendly staff was very helpful and addressed a small problem in our room promptly. Our room was spotless! There is a great variety of food options on the property and the white sandy beach and outdoor pool areas are super. My husband particularly appreciated the gym facility. ”

“This is a very nice place to stay for a beach vacation! Clean every where around the resort. Friendly helpful staff at every turn. The beach staff were especially helpful, Chappo stands out as in every way going above and beyond to make sure your beach experience is wonderful!! This resort is located very close to Hildalgo St. where a lot of good restaurants are, easy walking distance from the resort. Resort is located a few blocks from ferry port, can be walking distance as well. I truly love……
