“We upgraded to a large ocean view room and honestly… highly recommend! 🌊✨ The view alone made it worth it. That said, All Ritmo Resort could definitely use some updates. The pool was missing quite a few tiles 🏊‍♂️ and when it rained, there were leaks coming through several windows onto the floor 🌧️😬. Food-wise, it could use a major refresh. Over the 3 nights we stayed, the kids’ options were basically the same every day—hotdogs, burgers, and fries 🍔🌭🍟—and the main buffet didn’t offer a……

“We had an amazing stay at Privilege Aluxes in Isla Mujeres and can’t recommend it enough! The beach was absolutely beautiful—crystal clear water with no sargassum, making it perfect for relaxing and swimming. What truly made our experience unforgettable was the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. “We stayed in one of the rooms with a plunge pool. It was fantastic! We had a great view of the beach and ocean. The bed was comfy and the room was well situated. The hotel is located right on Playa Norte across from another resort. The ocean is so blue and beautiful and there were a lot of fish that would swim near you. The staff was very professional and friendly, especially Alexander. We would definitely stay here again.”
