"The hotel is beautiful from the outside, and spledid from the in. We got greeted by an amazing member of staff on receptionj, that made us feel genuily welcome. Room was outstanding. Whilst we paid for breakfast, we did not rise becaurse the bed was so comfortlble. We hope to return to Leeds again and the Queens hotel."
"Hotel was lovely!!! Clean rooms and public areas of hotel. Plug in sink didn’t hold water which was a problem for sterilising baby’s bottles and the beds were a little hard. Everything else great though, staff in restaurant/var particularly lovely for drinks and at breakfast! "

"Beautiful hotel located in a very convenient area. Service of staff was very friendly, and they kept the bar open for us and a few other guests so we could enjoy our conversation. Really perfect in all the ways a boutique hotel should be. And oh the shower was 4 stars all on its own!"
"Attentive staff on reception and at breakfast in the restaurant. I am gluten free and they were very helpful- advising what cereals were available ( Scharr in individual packets). Most cooked breakfast items gluten free and I could order toast/ sausages separately by handing a card to waiting staff with my requirements. These then arrived within a couple of minutes. Perfect location for conference centre, right next to auditorium. Car park accessible via hotel lift. We would stay again. "
