“This condo was beautiful! Very clean and just minutes to anywhere in the city. We never had an issue getting a parking place. However i do suggest you Uber where you need to go as it was cheaper than paying to park! Also there were plenty places to eat within walking distance, we had the best coffee every morning from the little cafe next door”

“Theres a ton of steep steps to get into the 2nd/3rd floor units. This is however listed in the reviews. Its not ADA accessible at all. The unit was very spacious. Area a little rough but it was cool. They need to do something with the vacant property next door. Grass and weeds tall and not a good appearance. ”

“Prytania Pearl is a fantastic deal! Perfect location very close to St Chas streetcar and a variety of eating places, of which our favorite was right by the streetcar and served the best beignets we had all week. The flat is very clean with tons of thoughtful details included. With 2 small children, we really appreciated not having to buy any laundry detergent; she also lent us a brand new portable crib. ”

“Great apartment, beautifully decorated and well stocked (tp coffee!! :)). The property is well representwd in the photos. Property is well lit at night, but we did not feel 100% comfortable walking in the surrounding neighborhood.”

“Check in was kind of crazy, my lil brother went in the wrong entrance and walk in someone else’s room. It’s two of the same houses but different addresses, same codes on both houses. Guy came out with a knife, which I thought was funny, but we got it straight. House is clean and location is 10 minutes away from everything. My family wants to return next year for Marti Gras. I hope it’s available. I recommend this property to everyone. ”

“Enjoyed this spot a ton. Very clean, very quiet. Quaint family oriented neighborhood. Not a great spot if you’re looking to blow it out for a weekend in Nola, better as a cool quiet spot to retire to and relax after being out all day/evening after experiencing the city. Lots of places close by on feret and in the garden district. Would def stay again for sure. ”

“My three college age children who are in three different states met my wife and I in NOLA. We loved having a ton of space and the ability to cook for Thanksgiving. This was a luxury of space and exactly what we were looking for. ”
