“The views of the lake were nice from the balcony, breakfast was fine however they double charged me for my stay. I paid Expedia for three nights and the hotel still charged me for three nights. I have had a difficult time getting my money refunded now for over a month. I am an extremely dissatisfied customer.”

“Breakfast is great, front desk I asked for an extra towel but never received it every day I extended my stay the front desk failed schedule my room to be cleaned, I speak Spanish perfectly so they understand what I tell them”

“Unfortunately never found the hotel as the map locator was 15 miles away. Looked for an hour on the map locator and couldn't find. Hopefully they fixed it now. DO NOT GO TO PORTOBELO village to find this hotel. Maps wrong.”

“I dont normally leave reviews, but Ciel y Miel was an absolute gem. We will 100% be staying again. The view alone is worth the stay (breathtaking). The staff is incredible, they made us feel like their only guests in every way. And the food is to die for! I have two new all-time-favorite dishes after dining here. There are a limited number of units, making the experience feel very exclusive. We had the private beach all to ourselves for an entire afternoon. If you're into the all-inclusive……

“Credit Card was skimmed at the Marina Hotel/restaurant. Only used this particular card in one place during my days in Panama...at check-in, and to pay for a pizza at the restaurant. Had unauthorized charges less than 3 hours later.”

“Fijn klein zwembad, mooi uitzicht. Eenvoudige maar nette bungalow. Voordeel is dat boottochtjes vanuit hier vertrekken. Ten tijde van verblijf werd er verbouwd waardoor het restaurant helaas gesloten was. Overall fijne plek!”

“Biggest initial impression was the smell of old oil and fish from the water. They need to clean up the mess in the water near the restaurant. Room was nice for the cost. No one showed up to provide breakfast this morning even though the sign said 8 am. So we went hungry. Left the room key on the door handle as no one showed up so we could check out. At dinner, they were out of every menu item I selected. 5th choice for dinner. Lucky, there was only one other menu item left.”
