“Room was gross! Needs to have everything replaced, mattress dipped and sagged. Carpet awful with stains!!! Mould on the bathroom window frame. Bathroom so unbelievably gross! I’ll never stay here again!! Very depressing to be honest!!!”

“Kitchen was very good. It had everything we needed. The room was warm although it is winter. Staff were polite and helpful. Gave us information about the local restaurants without us having to ask. Made us feel welcome. We were able to park directly outside our room. ”

Somewhat dated bathroom, but it and the furniture were still in very good condition. Bathroom and room were clean. Friendly reception staff. Complimentary fresh milk available for tea and coffee. Air Conditioning / Heating worked well in winter. Would stay again.”
