"The property and location were great for ours needs. It met our expectations. My daughter and I stayed in the studio apartment, and we had friends staying in the 2 bedroom house on the property. I was disappointed that the backyard area was off limits to guests. The owner's family lived on the property and the yard was for their use. The owner and family were very nice and accomodating, but i assumed the property was for our use only during the rental.I would consider renting again when in the...

"Our stay at Palm Cottage was a perfect 5 day vacation. The cottage was equipped with everything you could want. It was spotlessly clean as well. Hosts were not around but responded immediately to a few requests like more coffee and beach chairs. I am looking forward to staying here again as the location is perfect for sponge docks, beaches, and restaurant. I recommend this property with no reservations."

"It was a real nice stay.There is not a stove.The bath house was farther away from the camper than we thought that it would be. If it is very cool outside,you won’t want to use the outside shower . Miss Judi was a great host. We enjoyed the time that we talked to her.Her place is very pretty."

"My friend and I came in town for a Coldplay concert and choose this place to stay. The pool was a major selling point for us and did not disappoint! The property is surrounded by big oak trees making the backyard canopy so beautiful. The owners live in the house up front and are so nice and laid back. We enjoyed our conversation with him and his sweet dog. We plan to stay here next time we’re in town!!"

"An older condo however it was very clean and peaceful. The views were breathtaking. Excellent location and we had a 2 bedroom condo with views of bay in every room. Customer service was remarkable. The manager was a God send understanding my mistake when booking. He assisted me with making my 70th Birthday very memorable. He was so nice and helpful. "

"We’ve stayed here a number of times now on weekend getaways, affordable full-kitchen option in the Tampa area, easy drive to activities in either Tampa or the beaches. WiFi in the rooms is sometimes spotty, otherwise rooms are fine. We enjoy the walk next door to a Bahama Breeze for dinner and hanging out, then easily back to the room for an early start next day. "
