“This property is the perfect place to stay if you're visiting Houston. It's in a quiet apartment complex with beautiful landscaping. The apartment is well furnished and very clean. The bed is so comfortable that I slept better than I have in a long time. I will definitely save this place for future trips.”

“I would highly recommend this place it was absolutely perfect. Everything you could possibly need. I am a cancer patient at MD Anderson and I was about 1 mile to the hospital. All I can say is I promise you won’t be disappointed. ”

“This was an apartment and the owner was strictly prohibited from renting it. They found his listing on your website and were very upset. The apartment harassed me and threatened to lock me out. They did lock me out of the main gate. They put the stickers on my car everyday, that i had to buy a razor blade to get off even though i parked in the vistor parking. They constantly knocked on the door and bothered harrased me. This was a horrible experience.”

“We went to Houston for the college classic baseball tournament and needed a spot for one night with friends. Location is better for NRG than downtown but the drive was only 15 minutes away. Not bad at all. Place was very clean and checkin directions very easy.”

“We were in town for my husband to receive treatments at MD Anderson. The property was very clean, and the host was exceptional, not to mention that it was 7 min from where we needed to be daily. I am definitely staying there again.”

“My family and I were in town for medical reasons and we wanted a place to stay near the medical center. Because our stay was for 2 weeks, we wanted a kitchen, washer, and dryer. I could not be happier with the location, gated community, cleanliness and aesthetics of the condo, as well as easy access to Kroger and Target. Renting here and being able to prepare our own meals saved a ton of money in the long run. We will definitely book again should we need to be back in Houston. We definitely……

“Condo was clean and in a perfect location for what we needed.Only issue was we had two vehicles and only one access card. The security guard was pretty noce and let us in when we didn't have the access card with us.”

Please don’t stay here the wAsher didn’t work the air was broke it was 97 degrees in there BUT THE OWNER WAS VWRY NICE AN U DERSTANDING !! Me an my family moved out at 2 am the bed had old dry up stuff on mattress it was so horrible y’all the blinds had dusty so thick on it the balcony door didn’t open the front……
