“Very comfortable, clean condo convenient to Cedar Springs and the activities there. Quiet and safe location. I'll stay here again. Host was exceptional with his communication and concern for my stay. Definitely will stay here again.”

“We stayed here for Dreamhack and the apartment was great. Plenty of room for the 3 of us. Very easy walk to the convention center and we would happily stay here again when we come back for anything at the convention center. ”

“This property host never communicated with us and left us stranded without a place to stay when we arrived in Dallas. VRBO refunded our deposit but finding a hotel was challenging and we had to pay three times as much. VRBO said they will only refund us a portion of what we paid to find another place on the day we arrived to check into this property. Do not book here!”

“If I could give this place more stars I would. The host is wonderful and very accommodating. She was also very kind when I lost her key card. The apartment is very nice and well equipped. It is clean and very comfortable. I would stay again next time we are in Dallas. Highly recommend this apartment. Great communication from the host. ”

“Nice place. Good beds. Very clean. Host very responsive. Just be aware that this is a three level home with many stairs so not for the mobility impaired. ”

“Communication with management/owner was not very good. I was unprepared for the check-in process. It was different than any other check in process. Having to download apps and have separate security deposits taken at check-in was horrible and inconvenient. The location was great for walking to the convention center and restaurants in the middle of town. The apartment was very nice, a little bit noisy but fulfilled our requirements.”

“You cancelled the reservation 24 hrs before it started and left us stranded”

“Great neighborhood and location. Felt safe walking the dog late at night or early in the morning. The Union Cafe and Zaguan were great and walkable. We really liked Village Bakery and Cafe which is just a two or three minute further walk from Union. We’d stay again!”
