Its downtown location is excellent, with easy access to many of the area’s top tourist attractions, restaurants, and shops. The rooms were comfortable and well maintained, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay.”

“Room was clean and staff was friendly. The main issue is the location: it’s quite close to downtown Colorado Springs (10-mins walk), but the surroundings are very sus… lots of weird people walking around. I felt completely fine, but my 18-yo daughter didn’t feel very safe.”

I called the number to find out, Dennis wasn't there, and wasn't going to be there at all for our stay. (When I spoke to him 2 days prior and he never mentioned this or the fact we would be checking ourselves in.) We were told to go on in and our door combination was given to us over the phone. We didn't have a host the entire stay. We were completely alone the……
