“Room was clean and staff was friendly. The main issue is the location: it’s quite close to downtown Colorado Springs (10-mins walk), but the surroundings are very sus… lots of weird people walking around. I felt completely fine, but my 18-yo daughter didn’t feel very safe.”

“Things to know: This is ran by a Christian group, and they purposely do not have t.v.'s in the rooms. Not a big deal. The castle is actually really cool, and there is a good amount of hiking trails if you're into that. We didn't stay at the castle, and instead stayed in one of the other areas.... Unfortunately we were in the basement, which isn't their fault, but between Expedia and the group, they could just have the bedroom say something like (upstairs/downstairs) when booking. “We had a wonderful stay at Home2 Suites by Hilton Colorado Springs South. The hotel was exceptionally clean, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the kitchenette was a great convenience. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The complimentary breakfast offered a nice variety of options, and the location was perfect for exploring Colorado Springs and nearby attractions. The indoor pool and fitness center were well maintained and added to the overall experience.……

“Nice place. Great pool area. But…. NO hot water in shower in the morning. I can do a cold shower but it is better when the water is hot. Stayed three nights and only happened on last day there.”
