“Everything about this hotel was great, EXCEPT after 11 pm it is difficult to get into the hotel. For security reasons, the main door is locked, but there is no key reader. You have to walk around to the valet parking entrance and they will let you in. However, there is no sign to let you know that is what you are supposed to do.”

“Slightly dated rooms and lobby. Older property. Also same/similar HGI nearby which is nicer. I confused the locations as they are so close to each other”

“Room was clean and staff was friendly. The main issue is the location: it’s quite close to downtown Colorado Springs (10-mins walk), but the surroundings are very sus… lots of weird people walking around. I felt completely fine, but my 18-yo daughter didn’t feel very safe.”

“Very nice hotel, nice service, and the room is clean. I was arrived at 12:30, I really apprecate they can accept my early check in. A convenience store near by the hotel, around 10 mins on foot. Nice airport shutle service, call them while arrived, waiting less than 10 mins.”
