Looking for a morning walk? You've come to the right place! This neighborhood has a high walking score and it's very safe to walk around.

The best way to get around the neighborhood is by vehicle. There is parking space on the driveway (3 cars). There is also space inside the garage from the house at the back (2 cars). You can park 2 more cars on the street in front of the house. MAX 7 CARS AT ALL TIMES.

• For the house at the front, guests can enjoy full access to the entire house (2nd floor). Please note that the 1st floor is OFF-LIMITS and it is NOT included in your reservation. For the house at the back, guests can enjoy full access to the entire house.

• Please note that though the listing shows 8 beds, there are only 6 actual beds. The other “beds” a high-quality queen size air mattress and a queen size sofa bed.

• This property is divided into 2 houses, one at the front that sleeps 10 guests and one at the back that sleeps 6 guests.

• The "balcony" of the smaller house is not a balcony, it is the roof of the garage and it was not built to withstand heavy weights (people). It is off-limits.

• To keep the yard in great shape, our lawn care team visits every other week. They may stop by during your stay, but don’t worry – they’ll only be working outside and won’t take more than an hour to finish. Please note that this routine service is necessary and it’s hard to reschedule.

• For non-Airbnb and non-HVMB reservations: We are committed to protecting our properties and keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations, which is why you will be asked to complete our independent verification. Before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details with us to complete your booking. You will be contacted via email and/or text to complete the verification. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver.

Beatiful house but AC didnt work at all

The front house was great except for the fact that tge AC didnt work. It never got below 95 degrees during the day time. There were small freestanding units in the living room and bedrooms but they didn't cool very well. To the owners...if you want to keep renting this in the summer time fix/upgrade the AC.
