Breathtaking beach and sunrise views from this 2/2 in Seascape Condo! Unlike most condos in Galveston, Seascape is located directly on the beach, just west of the Seawall, there is no need to cross the busy street to feel the sand between your toes Start mornings with breakfast on one of two private balconies looking out towards the gulf. On sunny days, it’s the perfect place to unwind with a book or kick back and enjoy the views. Soak up the sights and sounds from your beach-facing balcony or relax by the swimming pool (heated year-round) and hot tubs. Condo sleeps 8 with a king bed in the master, a queen in the 2nd bedroom, bunk beds and a queen sleeper sofa. An upscale kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and contemporary gray cabinets includes microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, dishes & utensils. TV in the master bedroom, tile floors and newly updated decor. Cable and wifi access. Linens and towels provided. Ready to go to the beach? Grab the chairs and beach toys in the unit and don't forget the sunscreen! Complex features include: direct beach access, elevators, large pool heated year-round, kid’s pool, 2 hot tubs, BBQ pits and full-size coin-operated washer/dryers on several of the floors.

Please note that the HOA requires all guests to be counted towards occupancy, regardless of age, and guests must be at least 25 years old to rent this property. The host fee in the quote includes the cleaning fee and HOA nightly surcharge (parking).

Perfect Spot!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The location was perfect since it wasn’t crowded and only a short drive to the Seawall area. Also - the view of the beach was wonderful from our balcony. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Stay!

Shared the property with another family while in town for a cheer competition. The facilities were safe and clean. The easy beach access and heated pool area were a ton of fun for the kids. Highly recommend!

Great spot. Great view.

Hard to beat everything you get for the price. Great location that’s doesn’t require crossing the busy roads. Plenty of amenities including actual easy beach access that’s still close to everything Seawall road has to offer. Cozy room with a great view. Not that this is a deal breaker in any way, but the wristband thing is rather bothersome. I totally understand the need for it. However, I wish they’d come up with a better way to do it. I would absolutely stay here again. And I’d recommend it for anyone that wants to stay in Galveston that doesn’t want to cross or park on the road.

Perfect despite the rain.

Staying here was so great! The pool is heated and there are plenty of things to do. The condo is a little farther away from the main city which we loved and we LOVED being right on the beach. Charming little condo, has anything you might need. We made several meal there and it all worked out great!

March Madness

Looked for a property to fit our needs. This complex I’ve stayed at before, in a different condo. So very familiar with the location. Everything was very nice. Clean. Everything worked properly. Only thing I’ve had at other condos in this complex was a Washer/Dryer IN the condo. Other than that it was good. Will also say, I was surprised at the 500 hold a day before my stay started. It was refunded on check out, but a family who’s on a budget and not knowing this, would struggle.

Refresh

Needed a mental refresh and this getaway was exactly what was needed! The only stipulation was being on the beach and having balcony face the ocean. All the boxes were checked! Just a short walk and we were on the beach and could wake up and see and hear the ocean from both balconies. Very easy access to town, restaurants, etc. Great weekend retreat!

Good location, beach front and easy access down to beach, nice pool, covered parking, elevator . Property a bit old, but well maintained. Our unit was clean and good ocean view. However, Furniture as well as bed & bath linens all need to be replaced. Will return, but will check out other units to rent.

The owner of this property cares a lot about guest satisfaction. You can see it in all the details at this property. Everything is neat and clean and attractive. She was excellent to communicate with. He was very patient about asking questions that are already answered in some of the literature available in the apartment.

Great Weekend Getaway

We enjoyed our weekend getaway to the beach. I love how this property is RIGHT off the beach plus has a pool and 2 hot tubs). Parking is also near the beach so we could leave beach stuff in the car. We didn't have issues with parking and the location is less than 10 min away from WM/food restaurants/strand area. Shared toys from the owners were great so the kids could build a sand castle and I didn't have to travel home with a bag of sandy beach toys! A/C was great, beds were great, and, even though we were a large group, we were still able to play some games at a table when it rained. Enjoyed using the Keurig since we don't have one at home. My own wish is that there were additional places to hang wet towels/clothes for my large group :)

Beautiful Beach View!

Overall this place was a wonderful place to stay. The view is incredible and the location really can’t be beat. We really enjoyed the roominess and layout of the condo, especially it have to two showers. The kitchen was stocked well and it even had a crockpot which was very helpful. Our Con would be the cleanliness. There were no bugs and it was clean enough to feel comfortable sleeping, however the whole place could use a deep sanitation. The floors were icky, especially around the trim and between the stove and counters had lots of filth. Also didn’t appear that the top bedding was washed but maybe that’s a common thing? We would definitely stay here again and would recommend to others. Just would be nice if it had a good cleaning!

Amazing Beach Stay

We absolutely loved the condo, the location, the easy access to the beach, the pool and swings, and everything else about this place. The condo was decorated very nice, super cozy and clean. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to enjoy Galveston without staying in the middle of the crowds!

We love this location! Close to visit Galveston but far enough from crowds. The condo was exactly as described. We cook & everything was in kitchen. The owners are friendly & responsive. There were two issues & they handled them quickly. Nice people. The beach is a walk across the bridge. The pools are refreshing & beautifully landscaped. The owners have a closet with chairs & toys to make the beach fun. We will return.

Wonderful extended weekend

My family had a great time, loved everything. The condo is clean, has great views, and a wonderful community. The easy beach access cannot be beat and the pool is nice, though could have less heating (ie be colder to refresh after a day at the beach). Jessica is an amazing hostess! We will be back.
