Cooperstown Serene County Setting with all the Comforts of Home! 2 King Bedrooms

Located less than 8 miles from Cooperstown Dreams Park and Baseball Hall of Fame. The Cook House offers all the amenities of home. The home features 4 bedrooms: 2 kings, 1 queen and 1 double/full and 3 full bathrooms. The large open concept living room and kitchen are conducive to family time and relaxing. There are flat screen tv's in all bedrooms, an outdoor BBQ and large wrap around porch with plenty of seating! The sunset views are beautiful!

There are many upgrades through out the house including high ceilings, bare floors, central air conditioning and a high efficiency washer and dryer on the main level. The finished walk out basement has a ping pong table, full bathroom and the additional bedroom complete with a king size bed and large closet.

Check in is after 4pm. Check out is at 9am.

House rents on same schedule as Cooperstown Dreams Park and Oneonta All Star Village tournament schedule. We request during the summer baseball season, you limit your stay to 6 nights and follow the baseball schedule for check in/check out**
