Cozy, stylish, newly-renovated home, perfect for couples, groups, and families looking for a peaceful retreat that's close to culture and nature.Impeccably decorated with vintage and modern finds, our updated midcentury modern home is open, cozy and stocked with every amenity you might need for the ultimate country getaway. Each room has sweeping views of the Hillsdale hills or the expansive backyard. Our kitchen is stocked with everything from a built in wine cooler to an espresso machine to a seltzer maker. We have two ovens and an outdoor grill for those who love to cook (and several wonderful restaurants nearby for those who don’t!) Enjoy a movie in one our two dens or linger over a long meal at our oversized dining table. In winter the hill in our backyard provides opportunities for sledding. In summer, relax in an Adirondack chair and enjoy your morning coffee or in the afternoon sit and enjoy a cocktail. For kids we offer a trampoline and two swings for outdoor fun. The house has four beautifully appointed and newly renovated bathrooms and four spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom has a private bathroom and a queen bed. The other upstairs room has a full size bed and a window seat. The downstairs bedroom has two single beds and shares a completely new bathroom with the other downstairs den that has a queen-size fold-out couch that's actually comfortable and a new TV. We also offer blow up mattresses of varying sizes. Perhaps its biggest selling point in winter is that it's located 10 minutes from Catamount ski mountain and about 30 minutes from Butternut ski mountain (which offers tubing if you’re not into skiing). In spring there is excellent hiking and biking and if the weather is bad there are incredible museums – and an outlet mall! – within an hour of the house.

Our place offers the perfect getaway from the NYC-area and Boston.

Lovely

Lovely and relaxing stay. The house was very clean on arrival. The house is easy and cozy inside. The outside is quiet and peaceful - even enough to take a nap outside. Danielle/The host is very attentive and wants to make sure your stay is perfect. Thank you Danielle!
