“The hotel was very nice looking. Most of the staff were friendly. When we first arrived the person at the front desk ignored us. Did not acknowledge us. The woman who helped us after finishing with the customer ahead of us wasn’t welcoming until she realized the type of room we booked. She was very accommodating after that. It happened again during breakfast where the server approached my table multiple times to see if I belonged in that specific lounge and even asked for my room number. There……
