“Wi-fi internet did not work, room was very clean. Staff was friendly but my first rewards card didn't work and I didn't get my 10 dollars free play.”

“They were out of almost everything for breakfsst other than some cereal and not much else. The was no "breakfast" to speak of and that's one of the main reasons why I paid to stay there. No hair dryer in the room, the furniture was old and very very worn out appearing. The TV came with two remotes and the one you thought would work didn't and the other one was impossible to figure out to the point I was only able to get one channel that was nothing but news. Large cigarette burn in the bathroom……

“My family comes multiple times a year for the waterpark. Since last visit we have noticed that the staff is much less friendly than before. I'm not sure what the dynamic is behind the scenes, but the energy of the front desk and cleaning staff was depressing. We were also dissapointed that we were shorted waterpark passes at check in (no problem previous stays in same suite), concerned that the waterpark life guard staff was constantly on their phones or gossiping with each other and seemed……

“Hi, we would highly recommend staying at this hotel. With all of the new renovations it's very clean and cozy. The on-site manager, Luke, was very professional and accommodating. The only minor item that should be mentioned is the quality of the hair conditioner in the pre-filled wall dispenser located in the shower. It was low quality and merely water being dispensed. Although, the hotel does provide the small shampoo and conditioner bottles to rectify this concern. Again, we will……
