"The place was cozy and the roof top was amazing. Great for relaxing. The only bad thing is that it is away from restaurants,stores,bars etc. We planned ahead and brought snacks, drinks then juts headed into town for dinner. Definitely rent a golf cart when staying here. "

"If you are looking for an inexpensive place near north beach, then this fits the bill. Anything beyond that I cannot recommend. We also missed the one line in the description which says there is a common/shared living area and kitchen. To us the pictures (and video found on another page) look as if it is a one bedroom with couches and table. Know that it is a shared common area with three single bedrooms around its perimeter (each has its own bath) on the second floor. It is spartan and outdated...

"Communication was top-notch. We had groceries delivered and they were there when we got there. Check-in was very easy. Condo was impeccably clean. We definitely come back here again."
