“We have no complaints. Already looking at coming back in 6 months with more family and booking the 2 bedroom. This location is perfect for all the things. We were really appreciative of the beach chairs and umbrellas that were available to use. The room was clean, comfortable and very roomy. Booking and check-in was easy. We came with friends who stayed in a house on the south end of the Island and they were wishing they would have booked where we did. ”

“Beautiful location. Beach was a bit busier than I prefer, but the ocean here is clear and very swimmable. Condo is nicely furnished and comfortable. The location in the complex is great! Right by the pool and across from the cafe. ”

“The unit was clean, very roomy and comfortable. The location is great for easy walks to restaurants on Hildalgo and surrounding downtown streets as well as fast and easy access to the north beach area. Would stay here again for sure! Staff was responsive to any questions or requests during our stay. Thank you!”

“We loved staying at Casa Susanna! The location in the middle of the island worked great. We didn’t realize there was a restaurant/bar downstairs with live music most nights. What a treat! The condo is spacious and the views are spectacular. We walked to many places and Memo got us connected to taxi driver that handled the rest of our adventures. We also loved the pools. Most days we had the pool in the afternoon to ourselves. The walking path across the street was nice as well. ”

“Very nice property. Spacious with gorgeous views. The only downside of this property, is that it was on the 3rd floor to the 1st level. Once inside, there are two more flights of stairs. So I would not suggest for the elderly or infirmed. No elevator on property. I would rent again and recommend this property.”

“Well decorated and stocked condo for family of 4 with older teenagers. Technical issues with HVAC and TVs but may be related to storm/island living, but manager addressed right away. The condo did not really cool in all rooms at the same time throughout the stay, but not too bad. Delicious bar and grill down in the same condo complex - best food and drinks we enjoyed on the island. Excellent snorkeling @ Garrafon de Castillo close by. Beaches in front of condo not accessible, but a short golf……

“This penthouse was absolutely perfect for our group of 8! We especially loved the private rooftop pool—it was such a great spot to relax and hang out. The space was incredibly spacious, making it comfortable for everyone. We also really enjoyed the restaurant and bar downstairs. They had live music and a great happy hour, which made the evenings even more fun. Highly recommend!”

"While most of the hotel staff were warm and welcoming, our experience at the steakhouse on November 10, 2024, was disappointing. Some staff, particularly an older female server and a curly-haired male server, were rude and impatient.
When one friend briefly left for the restroom, the older female server refused to take our order, insisting we wait for them to return. Despite explaining we could order for our friend, she rudely walked away after urging us to hurry them up. Later, when another friend finished their meal and tried to order again, the curly-haired male server called the older female server to assist, but she seemed unwilling. When yet another friend tried to order an additional dish, the older female server refused, claiming we could only order twice—a rule we were not informed of beforehand.
Despite the poor service, we left a tip. Initially, I liked this hotel, but this experience ensures I won’t return. I hope future guests won’t face such unpleasant treatment and will be served with respect and warmth. "
