“I highly recommend this property to anyone. It was immaculate and well stocked. After a week in an all inclusive, it was nice to get back to basics and eat in some of the time, and the kitchen facilities made it comfortable. A nice big shower and smart TV round out the inside amenities, and the pool is perfect for cooling down. The property is very well situated, one street over from the main restaurant strip, and 5 minutes walk in opposite directions to the ferry terminal, Playa Norte and……

“We had an amazing stay at Puerta al Mar! The condo was large, clean, nicely decorated, and beautifully situated in Sac Bajo, a quiet part of the island. The rooftop area was phenomenal with panoramic views of the island and Cancun in the distance. We enjoyed the pool, the hot tub, and the workout room. We like to bake, and I didn't see an oven listed in the description, but there is a nice oven in the kitchen. We had plenty of plates, bowls, cups, glasses, pots and pans, but there was only one……

“Loved the patio and easy pool/beach access. Condo is smaller but well appointed. Just steps from all the restaurants and shops. Lovely neighbors. Great trip.”

“Great stay overall with a few comfort trade-offs.The good: The location is outstanding—walkable to tons of restaurants, the beach, and even a golf cart rental right across the street, which made getting around super easy. The condo itself is modern with a smart layout, and the pool area is a big plus. The doorman was also very friendly and helpful throughout our stay.The not-so-good: The listing did warn about noise, but it’s worth emphasizing—it gets very loud at night due to multiple nearby……

“The condo and the complex it was located in were phenomenal! We were surprised at the lack of crowds for such a gem. The condo itself had a jungle view (which was honestly probably an asset for sleeping in), but the stunning beach was an easy five minute walk, and I found that I didn't miss an ocean view because the views all over the property were spectacular. We spent most of our time at the beach club (pool and beach area), which was gorgeous and had comfortable loungers and plenty of shade.……

“Over all we enjoyed our stay here. 3 things that I didn’t like. The tv in the living room needs replacing. It kept jumping and never had a clear picture, it appeared to me that maybe it had been dropped or fallen. The shower heads needed to be replaced. The down stairs one actually broke the night before we left. They do have a lot of stuff in the kitchen in cabinets and drawers so it did make it difficult to be able to put food away since we had bought some groceries for the week. The penthouse……
