You could make your postcard with a picture of the private swimming pool at 7 41st Avenue. It is beautiful and very unusual that a four-bedroom home would feature a private pool. When it is time to hit the beach, a beach access path is ideally situated at the end of the block so that in five minutes you can be enjoying the “Blue Wave Beach”, a national award given to the Isle of Palms for the cleanliness of the beach and ocean. You might want to even send your friends back home a sand dollar, which is often found on the Isle of Palms while walking the surf.

The first level of 7 41st Avenue features a bedroom with a queen bed, as well as the living room, dining room, kitchen, and family room. The living room is comfortable and includes two sofas, luxurious leather chairs, and a flat-screen television. You will find that the kitchen is perfect for that low country boil with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. The dining area has room for the entire family with seating for ten. The second level features three bedrooms all of which include a full private bath. The master bedroom is spacious, where you will find a king bed and a daybed. The master bathroom is equally large with a whirlpool tub. The first guest bedroom has two queen beds, and the second guest bedroom has a double bed. 7 41st Avenue can sleep 11 people comfortably.

When 7 41st Avenue was built, the designer must have had your postcard in mind. This wonderful home has decks everywhere. There are two decks on the front of the house, and two screened decks in the back overlooking the private swimming pool. Anyone of the four decks is the perfect spot to sit in a rocking chair and share stories of the day or write all of your friends about your vacation on the Isle of Palms.

One final note for your postcard, if the pool, beach, ping pong table and comfortable furnishings are not enough, the City Marina is located at the end of the block, just a short walk from 7 41st Avenue. There are dining options at the Marina, groceries, charter fishing boats, a boat ramp, kayak rental, and island tours can all be found at this full-service marina

- Beach chairs/toys are not included at this property. All reservations between 4-28 nights come with a $250 beach gear credit with VaykGear.com. Guests will be able to reserve gear after booking.
- Unfortunately, pets and ESAs are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed animals are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Fireplaces are not for guest use.
