“Older style of hotel with incredible staff and excellent value for the money. Large lobby areas where we saw travelers and families with kids playing while adults enjoyed drinks from the in-house pub and conversation. Rooms were spacious. Breakfast was top notch with staff brewing coffee and tea to order. Staff even took time to help us puzzle out complex travel situations.”

“We tried to call reception at night as we had an issue with the bed allocation, but despite ringing twice, noone answered the phone.
No additional bedding in room if required, and I do think that reception should be manned 24hrs or at least an emergency number provided”
