We realized we had left behind a toy that our son bought in Medora. Upon calling the hotel they discovered the toy and set it aside so my parents could pick it up the next day. We were so very grateful."

View of Black Hills is superb, rooms are furnished with excellent mattresses; reasonably priced meals in their cafe; very tasty complimentary breakfast buffet served in Gazebo with great menu options; gracious and friendly welcoming staff; 15 minutes from Mt Rushmore; Very Friendly guests week before Sturgis Rally! 'Little surprised' that guests are charged 18.5% on top of menu prices to pay salaries of wait staff. Then another tips is optional but encouraged. But we will return to K Bar S on our next trip to Mt Rushmore and Keystone area. "
