“We can’t express enough how much we loved our stay at The Golden Slipper. From the moment we arrived, we instantly felt relaxed. The campground itself was amazing—peaceful, quiet, and exactly what we were looking for.To start, both the host and the property manager were wonderful. Communication was great, and check-in was an absolute breeze. The cabin was cozy, clean, and very inviting.One small tip: we recommend bringing bottled water, as the cabin runs on a well system.The location is……

“Such an adorable cabin, we enjoyed our stay. Well stocked, clean and spacious. Beds were super comfortable. Nice front porch with plenty of space between cabins. Would stay again. Convenient location.”

“The room was clean and it was nice and quiet. The view was great. We woke up to a cute ,fat muskrat every morning. The kitchen had everything we needed. Maybe just a few more coffee cups would be good and a couple more silverware but otherwise everything was perfect.. we would definitely come back again.”

“Our part of the cabin was clean and cozy. It was more like the attic of the cabin. Not suitable for people taller than 5’8”. Overall, a fine place to stay for a short weekend trip.”
