The room was so clean, the staff were very kind and polite, helpful and made the hotel very welcoming!! The area was also safe and had lots of shopping areas and restaurants! 10/10 would recommend for everyone! Made my friend’s birthday wonderful! Thank you RIU!

Interesting property in that it is a high rise building of furnished suites with certain floors available as a “hotel”. Coffee shop, gym and lounge are all nice as are the suites. Just know this is not a service oriented hotel experience. No doorman, uniformed person at desk, room or maid service etc.

Everytime i come to to indiana i stay here. This time it was great untill a water pipe busted and we was out of water all day. It was the city problem.
