“After a long journey, arrived to a room that had not been cleaned from last guests. Called owner to complain and he offered us the room next door which was prepared fro new guests. “Good communication with host, clear instructions for contactless entry. Modern apartment with a good kitchen and washing machine, comfortable bed. However the apartment is a bit run down with damage to the walls from furniture, the floor mat in the lounge is stained, there is mould in the shower, weeds and cigarette butts in the garden. If these were fixed, I would rate this property as a 5/5. The location was good, a quiet complex, deficated parking and a nice little outdoor area.”

“Firstly the view was absolutely awesome. Huge kitchen,hot spa and good heating really helped us enjoy our time. Location was perfect, close to all Tekapo's shops, eateries and walks.Two minutes drive to Tekapo springs outdoor pools and tube ride. Overnight temperature was minus 4-6 Celsius and day was 4 degrees. So dress for cold in June/ July. But the apartment was warm as toast. Lit the fire for nice atmosphere. We have dozens of photos from the deck and out kitchen window, beautiful mountain……
