Comfy beds and bedding though 2 of the beds (5 plus a dbl/sgl bunk available) are starting to sag a little in the middle. Quiet. A few minutes walk to Francis Peninsula with great views, moderate hike and sheltered rocky beach. Well appointed kitchen and large expandable table. Within 30 mins of Sechelt and Egmont and 20 mins from Smuggler Cove. Great food when we didn’t cook at the Grasshopper Pub a few minutes...
