“Beautiful property. The entire area is great. The only issue we had was at check in, the front desk couldn't find our, Due to it not getting sent from the property manager. But it was handled as quickly as it could be. Wyndham was easy to work with. The grounds were beautifully taken care of. Close and convenient to Opryland. Would absolutely stay here again. manager i belu”

“I didn't realize that the description in the posting I 'rented' was an OPTION. so, I didn't know to request the specific bed count config that I wanted (that was pictured in the posting I rented). So, I didn't. So, I got a different config that wasn't what we wanted. Everyone told me (then) that I COULD HAVE requested a 'special config', but if I don't know I need to do that.... why would I? Didn't seem 'special', seemed like what was pictured. Otherwise - kitchen was sparse, but...

“Booked this place a couple of months in advance. I loved the location and proximity to Opryland and it wasn’t terribly far from downtown. During the booking process and before my stay I had many questions/concerns that were assessed very promptly and to my satisfaction. Upon arriving, there was notable construction but overall the property was well maintained and looked like a nicely kept apartment complex. Both outdoor pools and hot tubs were out of service but the indoor pool was functioning...
