We had a lovely stay. It was clean and when all of the upgrades are done, it will be very nice. My only complaint is that while the music they play at the entrance is lovely, it is too loud when your room is close. We had a hard time falling asleep and had to ask to have it turned down and then were woken up by it every morning. I may just have the music only play from 9am to 10pm. That being said, we will definitely being staying here again on our next visit to London.

It was a very clean room. The rooms were huge and the staff was nice. Would have been nice to have eggs and protien like bacn or sausage. Overall we would recommend this hotel.

This place is still under renovations and it affects the energy and vibe of the place. The smell in the hallway carpets was bad. Everything is tore up all over the building. Not a pleasant atmosphere. Just slept over and got out as quickly as possible. The breakfast wasn’t that great either. Not a place to go chill and relax but get in and get out. I would not stay here again.

Just stayed 1 night for a tournament. My newly renovated room was very clean and spacious. Location is near many dining options. Common areas are "works in progress" but not ad deal breaker. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Room decor and layout great. Breakfast was a bust. Juice machine broken with no sign and juice boxes in fridge warm. In comparison to other similar hotels this fell flat. No hot selection such as eggs, sausage or waffle maker.

It was ok for 1 night. Room was basic but clean. Hotel is dated but rooms were updated. Only 1 towel was in the room. Staff was prompt when we asked for towels and iron. There is no way to reach front desk except to go down.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was under renovations but our room was clean, spacious and updated. Hotel is across the street from White Oaks Mall which was convenient and Wellington Rod had a variety of restaurants. Also liked the quick access to the 401.
