Please note, property is the bigger unit of a duplex. The other unit is on VRBO too.

We take cleaning seriously. We wash all bedding, mop the floor, and wipe down all commonly touched surfaces with BLEACH at every check out.

*No smoking inside the home. If our cleaners catch the odor inside, you will be penalized. (You may smoke outside.)

- Kindly turn off the AC or heater before leaving our home.
- We have motion detector cameras outside for security reasons. There will be no cameras inside to protect your privacy.
- Cable TV is not available.
- You have to login to your own Netflix, Disney, Spotify, HBO, etc.
- $200 will be fined if we find out that you have violated ANY and EACH of our House Rules

Home away from home
Such a nice bright place !! Very clean and feels so homey. Dropped on top of a weird location but quiet which I like that the neighbors respected that. I Recommend to anyone looking for that short get away! Even if it’s only for a day!
