Not sure why or how this is considered a 5 star hotel. It’s is more like a nice 3 star hotel. While the location is amazing and very central and most of the stuff is nice, as a person who stayed in many hotels around Europe I would say this is far from being a 5 star hotel. For start, nobody greeted me when I walk in, stuff didn’t even say helo. No one was helping me with the luggage (and I had to carry my suitcase up the stairs!!!) Then, the room we got was nothing like the picture on site. We booked a room with balcony, the pictures showed a huge balcony and we got a room with tiny balcony that is shared with many other rooms with just some plants separating in between while all the other balconies could see into our room. After I complained they switched the room for us. No bath robes. What 5 stars hotel doesn’t offer bath robes?! Phone in the room didn’t work so I couldn’t even call reception to ask for anything. Had to go in person. After I asked for bath robes they gave us 2. The lobby is very simple and small. Nothing fancy. In general the whole vibe was mediocre and far from being a 5 star hotel. The best part is the rooftop bar. Not sure if I can recommend it but if you find a good deal and price is cheap so I guess it’s ok.

Wow! 10/10. Absolutely stunned by this property and excellent service. This place was a quite oasis in the the heart of a vibrant Madrid. I highly recommend this place as a five star hotel. Trust me, it’s way better than any other hotels in the area and you can’t beat the location. I’d be happy to come back here one day. I was visiting from Canada.

The beds are terrible , probably the worse bed I have ever sleep. Food in the restaurant was average to the lower side. Service of staff was bad also. Even their relationship manager that promise to show up to apologies didn’t do. Taxis can access the property and on top of that I feel very unsafe having to walk all the way to the hotel at night with no direct access. Will never book this hotel again
