One of the nicest units that you'll enjoy seeing freshly painted with its own private entrance, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths with an open floor plan. Light and bright loaded with upgrades that include remodeled kitchen with newer stainless appliances ,updated baths, new washer/dryer, newer hot water heater and a/c. Glazed porcelain tile throughout, This is a 4 th floor unit with outdoor lanai with great long water views and a western exposure for delightful sunsets. Other amenities include pool / hot tub , under building garage parking. furnished rental very tastefully decorated. All this and only a short distance to the south end beach entrance of Marco Island's fabulous beach

Over and above expectations!

This property was exactly what I was hoping for. The owners had to leave Marco to attend a funeral, but when I had trouble figuring out the television (my fault, not theirs) their son-in-law graciously came to my rescue. Immaculate, well appointed, and friendly, helpful owners/tenants in the quiet part of Marco Island. After I left, I couldn’t find a piece of jewelry. The owner went from Naples to the condo to check for me. So I give five stars for going ‘over and above’ my expectations.
