“I booked Abode Manchester more than a month in advance, and one of the main reasons I chose this hotel was because it was clearly stated that the rooms had air conditioning. However, when I arrived, I was told that the air conditioning was broken in all rooms throughout the hotel.

“The hotel has a bit of historical vibe, but the hallways have a slight musty smell. The room itself is normal and acceptable, but when I turned on the AC, it felt stuffy and humid. After mentioning it to the front desk, they provided us with a fan, which solved the issue.
