"We stayed for the Oneonta Graduation weekend and this place was very nice. Only 15 minutes from the college , half the cost of some of the hotels, clean and comfortable."

The Chalet is very clean and there's plenty of room for everybody. Great for grilling, lawn games, bonfires, etc. Ray adds a lot of nice touches as well, but I won't ruin the surprises for you.
