Bright and Airy Condo - Ocean Views - 5 Minute Walk to the Beach!

***We had a last minute cancellation from a guest who normally stays from the beginning of January to the beginning of March*** Check out our open dates!

Have a fabulous vacation or flex-cation in this clean and beautifully decorated condo on Marco Island! Enjoy time by the pool or on the tennis courts, walk across the street to the beach for the day, and then take in the gorgeous sunset views over the Gulf of Mexico from your private balcony. Keep up on work and school with our separate work station and printer. Wi-fi is included and can be upgraded if necessary.

The beach offers many activities to enjoy with your family or friends including jet skiing and para-sailing. There’s public access to the beach north of the unit between Hilton and Marriott’s Crystal Shores and south of the unit at Marco Island South Public Beach. It’s also a short stroll to local restaurants, theater, ice cream shops, a putt-putt course, and shopping.

This condo features:
• Community pool and tennis courts
• Open floor plan with 2 bedrooms
• Master bedroom: 1 king bed, flat screen TV
• Guest room: 1 queen bed and 1 twin bed, flat screen TV
• Flat screen TV in living room
• In-unit washer and dryer
• Full kitchen including dishes, silverware, coffee maker(both a Keurig and a drip maker), microwave, toaster oven and blender.
• Free Wi-Fi and a scanner/printer for any work needs
• Everything you need for a fun time at the beach! Cooler, beach towels and chairs, 2 umbrellas, sand toys and a wagon to haul it all with (we also have fishing poles and a bait bucket if you'd like to fish).

This is a perfect condo for a couple, family or a few friends. Close to the beach and shops/restaurants. Clean and quiet. Really a lovely property. The owner was very informative and quick to respond to any questions. We loved it!

Winter Break

My husband and I stayed at the condo for 5 days. The location was perfect. It was close to our friend's home in Marco, close walk to the beach, and close walk to stores and restaurants. The condo was well supplied with everything we could possibly need. The condo was beautifully decorated and very clean. The owner was very easy to work with. We would love to stay here again on our next trip to Marco Island!

Great property

We had an amazing week staying at Marco Island. We rent often but Tina's accommodations were beyond any expectations. Her place is very clean and cozy. We ejoyed screened porch, beach cart, beach chairs and umbrellas, pickle ball and tennis rackets. She provided us with everything from unlimited personal items to wine, 2 bottles! This property is definitely a winner and we will definitely be back! Thank you Tina!

Well appointed apartment with everything included for a beach holiday. Our time spent at the apartment was not long enough but if we ever return to Marco we would have no hesitation in contacting Christina the owner who was easy to communicate with.

Paradise

From the moment I paid my deposit for our vacation back in March, I was looking forward to this trip. This trip was much needed and will give me time with my sons to reset before our busy schedules take over again. Our trip was just pure paradise. The property and Christina were amazing. The condo was true to its advertisement. It was clean and beautifully decorated. If you want your little slice of heaven, book this condo. You won't regret it.

Our new favorite Marco home away from home!

Very well kept building, pool, and grounds - and a spotless condo! We are pretty fussy and wondered if all of the 5 star reviews could possibly be true. Definitely! This is the cleanest condo we have ever stayed in - and very comfortable and welcoming. Very comfortable bed! Also, well stocked and had everything one could need. We loved the corner unit - very bright and open feeling. And, since the condo is on the 4th floor, the beach view is fabulous! We loved seeing the sailboats and motorboats go by. Also very easy and close beach access. A very short walk to the south beach entrance. Christina has been delightful to work with. We have already booked our next visit!

Wonderful stay!

Beautiful, spacious condo with a well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, nice walk-in shower and a nice balcony with a table and chairs and a great view. Appreciated having the beach wagon, beach towels, umbrellas and beach chairs all provided. Conveniently located across the street from the beach- just a short walk away from the public south marco beach.Tina was very responsive to any questions I had. Would highly recommend and hope to return ourselves. Thank you!

Perfect Location

My husband and I had a wonderful stay with our two young sons (7 and 4yo). The beach closet is stocked with everything you need, and the walk to the beach is super quick and easy to navigate! It was a quick drive to multiple nearby restaurants as well. Love the corner unit with great view of the Gulf and the pool. We will be back!
