This contemporary farmhouse is the studio of a local artist. Spend your mornings walking the creek through a tree-filled property, gathering fresh eggs from the chicken coup to enjoy breakfast in the open floorplan kitchen. Take a quick ride into Nashville, or spend evenings around the fire or relaxing in the hot tub.

The open floor plan and several outside entertaining spaces (including a swingset) makes for a perfect escape or quiet couple's retreat.

We are 20 miles from downtown, sitting on an acre plus of land with big beautiful trees. A local vineyard and lake are within a short drive, downtown Nashville is 25-30 minutes depending on traffic. Publix, Target, and popular restaurants all within 10 minutes away. Papa John Delivers!
