“They need to have an adult swim time. Couldn't even get in the pool or hot tube because there were kids everywhere. No gravy at breakfast. ”

“The staff didn’t communicate effectively between shifts and I was unable to check-in because I communicated to Ben that I was arriving after 2am due arriving in Columbus, Ohio around 12:30pm. My flight as delayed so I arrived around 3:18am and didn’t even comp a room for me. Customer service could be improved throughout my stay. ”

“This was the best budget hotel I have ever stayed in. The room was spotless and the beds were so comfortable! We used the gym and although small, it had everything we needed to get in a good workout. The included breakfast had more options than expected and the dining area was so clean. The staff were all amazing, from check in to check out. If you are a light sleeper, the location is next to the highway so there is some noise but it was to be expected. Overall, we had an amazing stay!”

“There was no WiFi. When we arrived the line to check in wrapped around the entrance. We waited our turn to check in when we were told the TVs are not working either.”

“Easy parking. Very nice coffee and breakfast. Amenities were closed due to hotel construction. Room was spacious but sink did not drain. Reported this to front desk but there was nobody available to service it because it was a Saturday. I request housekeeper and the room was not serviced. I requested the next night and again it was not serviced. ”

“The lobby reeked of cigarette smoke. The room was okay, but the heat was off when I got there in 17 degree weather, and took a while to warm up. The door only had the deadbolt and no other locks, so I didn't feel completely secure. Also, the floor around the bathroom was sunken in underneath the linoleum and felt like it would collapse eventually. ”
