From sunrise to sunset, you'll be amazed at the views from 13 stories up in this beachfront penthouse condo, offering wrap-around balconies on three sides and floor-to-ceiling panoramic views to the east, north and west. Relax and play on the white sands of the no-drive portion of New Smyrna Beach--voted Southern Living's Best Beach Town. Bird watch from the sofa, as pelicans glide by the balcony. Check out the ocean from your perch on one of the tall Adirondack chairs on the balcony--see if you can spot the many dolphins and occasional sting ray. Enjoy picturesque sunsets over the intracoastal waterway to the west.

Have a drink among the trees at Norwood's Treehouse Bar, visit one of the many dining options on nearby Flagler Avenue and in quaint downtown New Smyrna Beach, and try the locally made craft beers and handcrafted rum. Rent kayaks just down the road at JB's Fish Camp to see the manatees up close--they might even give your kayak a nudge! Enjoy world-class fishing in the Indian River Lagoon. Or, do some hiking and birding in Canaveral National Seashore, just a few miles to the south.

This incredible beachfront paradise has everything you need to enjoy the beach, including beach chairs, canopies and umbrellas, beach towels, boogie boards and other beach toys. The condo includes a fully stocked kitchen and washer and dryer. The TV in the living area includes cable, or you can use your own streaming apps on the Roku-enabled TV. The master bedroom has a king bed and an en suite bathroom with a shower. The first guest bedroom has a queen bed, and the second guest bedroom has two twin beds.

After your time at the beach, take a dip in the Moontide rooftop pool, five stories high and overlooking the ocean. Or, after watching the sunrise, work out in the Fitness Center or play pickleball, shuffleboard or tennis. Grills are available by the tennis court. Moontide offers garage parking for up to two vehicles. Professional management is on-site.
