"The location of the property is great and breakfast was the best part of the day."
Baymont by Wyndham Grovetown Augusta
"I felt the staff and amenities were good. I would suggest better upkeep Of The ice machines"
Hyatt Place Augusta
"Clarissa did an outstanding job providing exceptional customer service. She made us feel very welcomed each and every time we walked past her inside or outside of the hotel. Overall, staff members were polite and cordial. The first two rooms that we were assigned had a powerful animal scent, but the third room was perfect. The hotel’s breakfast, coffee, and organic teas were great. There’s also a miniature market next to the front desk and bar where small items are sold as such as cold medicine and snacks etc. . The location is extremely quiet and safe plus parking was plentiful. Across the street is an excellent restaurant (Farmhaus). They have a bar and menu with many options. We ordered their gourmet hamburgers. They were dynamite (flavorful and filling)."
Crowne Plaza North Augusta by IHG
"I have to go to Augusta frequently and this was my best hotel experience sofar. Check-in was OK but know that the garage is not an easy walk to the hotel with luggage. Take stuff to the room before parking your car. The room was quite nice. It was on the top floor and quiet. Housekeeping had done a mediocre job of cleaning the bathroom. . .used washcloth and rubbish were on the floor under the vanity. When they came after the first day they left an additional bath towel but didn't replace the bath mat. These are minor issues but shouldn't happen. When I requested additional Keurig pods and creamer, no one showed up with them within two hours. Ultimately i got them from the front desk. The location is very convenient if you are doing things in downtown Augusta or at the various medical facilities. I would definitely stay here again."

TRU BY Hilton North Augusta
"Great location near shopping, restaurants and the highway. Good breakfast including pancakes and eggs but buffet could be better spread out to avoid congestion. Would stay there again!"
