Perfect place for families. The breakfast was good and the staff kept it very clean! The pool and hot tub were the perfect temperature. It was super convenient to the restaurants in Lincoln, the ice castles and not a far driveto Waterville Valley. All in all a great place.

Room are clean, but dated. When I booked a room I had no idea it would be across the street. Which made accessing the amenities more difficult, not really a big deal. Clean room, nice kitchen, comfortable bed, nick gas fireplace, but no room service (which was ok) and no inside hallway or access to the pool and hot tub (which was not so ok). The sort of place that would great for a long stay, however.

Cabin was clean, smelt amazing, and it was a very enjoyable stay. Bobby sue sent maintenance down for a new remote for our tv in no time, was there for any guest that needed anything at all.
