“We arrived on a Sunday night after a busy weekend (they got a dump of snow). Our room was cleaned, but not well. Floor had some remnants of pervious visitor and some left over hairs in the tub. The location would be great for skiing at keystone, A-Bay, or Copper. We only stayed the planned 1 night before our week on resort at Copper. Didn't check out the hot tub or other things. Coffee in the lobby was fine. It was quiet (Sunday night). Rooms were spacious. Beds were fine. ”

“When booking this place looked great for our needs.....but after paying and getting checkin info we found out the pool was closed but yet there were people swimming but our key cards would not open the door. 1 of 3 of our cards worked at all. They said there was parking for trailers and showed a large parking lot but thats not the one for trailers we had to park about 2 miles away and walk back. The unit was clean and nice and comfortable but the AC did not work thank god they had fans and the……

“Not a pleasant experience. We booked this place and was notified less than 48 hours prior that they accidentally overbooked due to computer error and cancelled our reservation. Management was less than friendly nor did they try to find us another accommodation. A simply "sorry" is poor customer service which left us in a bind at the last minute. Will not book here again. ”

“the hotel here is very quick. only concern is the breakfast provided is too simple. lol”

“The walls are paper-thin. The beds are sold as memory foam mattress, they are not. I sleep on memory foam. It gives just a bit when pressed. These beds are the cheapest hardest mattress from whatever local discount mattress shop. There was an extremely limited breakfast available. One night our neighbor had a full mental break down and ems had to sit outside our room for hours. Also we arrived after 10 pm. We were left to wait in the cold for a staff member. They provide a phone to call said……
