"Seems almost brand new. Very clean and everything works as it should. The bed is very comfortable and AC works great. I Loved watching sunsets from the roof deck. The only complaint I have is that the neighborhood is a little rougher than I would like. Otherwise it was perfect for me."

We didn't feel the host communicated with us very quickly initially, but he did eventually answer all our questions pre-trip. We got a lengthy legal document to sign the night before arriving, we looked it over and signed it at the last minute.
