“I booked 2 nights at this place. After the first night my stuff was placed outside on the street by the cleaning staff and gave the room I had to another guest that had arrived before me that day. I had most my items stolen …no response from the property manager after I sent him pics of my stuff on the street,no refunds I was told it was a mistake by the property manager after I provided proof of payment for both nights … the worst experience I ever had . Property manager lacks human decency and……

“I cannot recommend this property. The room was not as advertised, which was disappointing from the beginning. Throughout my stay, there were ongoing noise issues, including loud TV starting around 5 a.m. and loud music late at night. After I reported the noise, another guest became extremely aggressive. He banged on multiple doors, repeatedly knocked on mine, shouted insults and slurs, and repeatedly threatened to harm whoever had reported him. I immediately informed the hosts that I no longer……

“This property was extremely misleading and did not match the listing or photos advertised on Hotels.com. The description stated the apartment had two queen beds and double bed, but upon arrival we discovered there was only one queen bed and a bunk bed, forcing two adults to sleep in bunk beds which was completely unacceptable for what we booked and paid for. The condition of the apartment was also very disappointing. The shower door would not stay closed while showering and continuously slid……
