"Staff were friendly! Hotel room over all seemed clean, however, there is room for improvement with the bathroom - especially the shower head. The elevator also did not work but staff assisted with carrying my belongings to the second floor. No complaints about breakfast, had a variety of warm and cold options. Overall, I felt comfortable."

"The breakfast room monitor needs some customer service training. We ate breakfast twice at the hotel and each time there was an incident. The first we had taken a far corner table and was eating and doing some work on my laptop. Promptly at 9;00 she turned out the lights on us.
