"Location was excellent, staff was great…the Expedia app said breakfast was included, but there was no breakfast…electrical outlets and faucets in rooms were non functional. Water leaks from ceiling, the water in the showers would go hot to cold and just keep cycling. Whoever is in charge of maintaining the property should be held accountable with the prices you guys charge, it shouldn’t be an issue with getting things fixed."

"I didn’t enjoy my stay at this hotel at all. The parking garage is a hassle to access with heavy luggage, wrong room was given, no room service as advised, we were told that we could call and order food for pickup from the bar/restaurant but then they told us we couldn’t do it when we tried the next day, we were told no to nearly everything. Completely empty shampoo bottle when we arrived, which I discovered in the middle of my shower. This is not a luxury hotel and possibly one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in as far as service and amenities go. They will not lift a finger to make sure your stay is enjoyable. I was shocked by this, as I’ve stayed in many Hilton hotels over the years. This hotel is unlike and Hilton I’ve ever stayed in. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone ever. My daughter was unexpectedly sick when we arrived and they wouldn’t even let us order and pick up food from the restaurant to avoid getting other people sick. Absolutely awful experience all around."

"We chose this hotel because we stayed there a year ago and had a really nice experience. The valet was so convenient and having a Starbucks in the lobby made grabbing the morning coffee a breeze and didn’t have to find another coffee shop downtown before meetings began. Now the hotel has new owners-valet and Starbucks gone but this was not stated anywhere while booking. The front desk was 24 hour service. But every time I was at the desk needing assistance, staff were in the office with the door closed. I had to speak louder to get anyone’s attention. Also, the security door to get to the parking garage was locked in the morning when I was ready to check out. The room was ok. Nothing special but the air conditioner ran the entire night just to get to 68*. So I am not sure if the place ever got cooled down. Also supplies to make coffee in the room were missing. It’s the little things that make a stay nice and I felt like it was just the bare minimum"

"1st of all We believe this hotel is ready to close because its very run down and we never saw any other guests in the 2 nights we stayed besides our families. The ceiling was falling in chunks and for the whole entire day until the next day someone actually cleaned it!! The cafe never opened the entire time! No complimentary coffee or any other amenities were offered, the orange sofas closer to the Banquet hall were so disgusting, dirty and the leather was pealed off!! No one ever answered the phones when we had question for the front desk. The lady who checked us in was so friendly but the one that did our check out was beyond rude and unprofessional!! She was seriously unhappy and frustrated with her job!! When I booked it was a Marriot then it suddenly changed to Columbus Hilliard hotel, well I understand why it changed the name...this is for sure No Marriot quality. I will never stay here nor any of all the families that stayed here. Bad service, it was a ghost town, amenities and all the furniture in the lobby was dirty and disgusting!!"
