“I haven’t stayed at this property in about 10 years. We didn’t visit the waterpark. We were only in our room to shower and sleep after a night at Cedar Point. Our fan in the bathroom wasn’t working so not sure if that caused the floors in the whole room to be wet but they were wet the whole night and next morning. Our clothes were damp as well. There was a Cheeto that they missed cleaning from the last people in the bathroom and there appeared to be mold on the ceiling”

“Room was nice and clean. The balcony screen was covered in bugs on the outside. Not a huge deal but would’ve been nice if it had been cleaner. Hotel was in Walking distance to beach and Cedar Point which was really nice. However, we were not given our early access pass when we checked in and were almost turned away at the gate. Luckily I had my email from our reservation. Lots of food options on site but kind of pricey. Overall great stay and would stay here again.”

“Everything is not good at all”

“I’ll start this with, our son did have a good time. Despite our room having obvious mold on the ceiling, the floor had what felt like it had a hole in it, the pillows felt like they were stuffed with cheap cotton balls. None of the staff were very helpful, and when you finally found one most seemed as if they hated their jobs. We were told we couldn’t use the restaurant despite no one being in it bc they had too many ppl and we had to wait 30 minutes for subpar over priced food. You pay a lot……

“Two of the three elevators towards our room were out of order and the one that did work was incredibly slow. The carpet and walls looked in disrepair, not well. the room itself was in good condition for the most part but fairly outdated carpet, paint, decor in general. the bed was comfortable at least.”

“Got the the hotel at around 10pm go to check in and out room had been give to someone else, someone else with a similar name. Luckily, there was a room available for us. The woman at the counter was helpful and it was done on the shift prior to hers. Around 1am we then had someone trying to get into our room. Another guest had been checked in to the room we were in.Why they don't check ID when checking in is crazy, so beware!! Next morning our keys didn't work. Got new keys went to the amusement……

“We've stayed there many times and is one of our go-tos. Room was very clean. The gentleman at the front desk is so friendly and helpful. Its super close to Cedar point and is very reasonably priced.”

“We stayed for two nights from September 23 to September 25. It was raining and very cold during those days. When we arrived at the hotel, we found that there was no hot water in the bathroom. We reported the issue on the first day, but no one responded, so we had to take cold showers. As a result, both of us caught a bad cold and completely lost our voices. On the second day, we tried turning the water to the hottest setting and letting it run for 10 minutes, but only got some lukewarm water. In……

“Not so friendly at the bar”

“Our room was so musty and muggy. Smelled bad. Put stuff in the fridge and then everything was frozen. Couldn't eat any of it. Breakfast was suppose to open at 6:30. Went at 6:40 because had to leave for baseball game and now hung was ready so had to stop at McDonald's. Just not a good situation.”
