“The property was beautiful. The room was clean everything worked well. The nice free breakfast was cool although they could use some flavored creamer. The scavenger hunt and questions great add to the fun. Also love the lock idea!! Staff was friendly and helpful 🙂”

“I have stayed at many hotels. Hands down this is the worst hotel staff that I have ever dealt with. My room was gross upon check in. Four of the six pillows had a pink substance or hair all over them. There was also hair on the beds that wasn’t ours. I went to the front desk immediately and waited in line for 25 minutes and the answer was to send housekeeping back up sometime to take care of it. The person at the desk was unapologetic and curt. She really should not be working in customer……

“Beautiful place! We traveled with a one year-old and the baby pool was closed the day we were there. That was a big disappointment for us as our little one was overpowered in the larger pool and not a fan of the lazy river. All in all we had a beautiful stay and will definitely go back.”

“Stayed here for a conference, here's what happen: Water issues - not there control. How it was communicated and dealt with - their control. The evening staff was disgusting, rude and unhelpful! Seemingly the communication issue here is rooted, as they were "glazing tubs" on my floor but no one knew that was scheduled. So I experienced nausea, headache and difficulty breathing. Was moved to a new floor, then someone was assembling furniture at 2am! When I tried to call the front desk, no one……

“The entire hotel is filthy starting with the lobby, elevators, hallways and then to the room, not to mention the whole place smells terrible. Checked in, went to room, went straight back downstairs to check out and the terribly rude front desk clerk refused to refund our money including the $100 incidental charge. We left without even staying there. Awful! Do not stay here!!”

“We stayed for two nights from September 23 to September 25. It was raining and very cold during those days. When we arrived at the hotel, we found that there was no hot water in the bathroom. We reported the issue on the first day, but no one responded, so we had to take cold showers. As a result, both of us caught a bad cold and completely lost our voices. On the second day, we tried turning the water to the hottest setting and letting it run for 10 minutes, but only got some lukewarm water. In……
