"Free EV charging was nice. Seasonal change of flowers in front was too early. I wanted to enjoy the landscaping. Did not deter an excellent experience. "
"Staff was friendly and helpful. When I ran out of Keurig cups, they gave me a mound of them to make sure I didn’t run out. Right on the bay front, get to see the ships and boats coming and going. What didn’t make sense to me though, they have a fridge, kitchen sink, pots and pans, forks and spoons, and a nice oven/stove top, but there is no exhaust fan over the top of it. So whatever smoke or smells you’re gonna get whilst cooking, there is no way to get it out of the room. And the fire alarm is only a couple feet away. That’s the only thing I found kinda weird. "
"The 2 bedroom suite we stayed in was amazing. After we got over the wonderful views of the harbor we were pleasantly surprised with the space of our suite. The location was awesome. Walking distance to breweries, pubs, Chinatown and great restaurants. We will definitely stay here again. "
"Very impressed with 'Mer', the day valet; also the person who was there in the evening. Very helpful. However, disappointed that the hotel does not have a shuttle service; would have been a huge plus for dining out, for example. "
