“The manager had unbelievable communication. He has his phone with him constantly and responds immediately. It's a good walking neighborhood lots of sidewalks and pleasant surroundings. The condo itself is exceptionally clean. For the price in that neighborhood it is a very good value.”

Also, the property management was very quick and helpful if there was any issue with entry. All the consideration and directions were really appreciated. “I appreciated staying here for four days. It is a very spacious, secure property. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. I had a parking spot available every day. It is also close enough to downtown. I was upgraded to the penthouse suite as a courtesy of the host. It was BEAUTIFUL, to say the least, with all of the amenities I needed. I wish there were dishes (pots, pans, ladles) for me to cook with or that I knew there weren't any so I could've brought my own. There were still enough eating...

“The stay here was great. It was a very clean condo and mostly comfortable. The only thing was that the bed could have been a little more soft, but that is my preference. Everything else was perfect. The host was very nice and quick to respond to any questions.”

“The condo was nice and helped us sleep 8 for a multi-day conference located at McCormick Place. The distance was walkable, and Uber can pick up right outside the door in the case of inclement weather. There was more than enough space for us and the kitchen was in great shape. Would book again! To note: the closest L-line station (Cermak-Chinatown) did not have a ticket kiosk during our stay- plan ahead!”

While in town, there was an issue with getting into the apartment completely created by me. However, even in the middle of the night, Jaye was extremely responsive, very calm, and supportive and resolved the situation quickly. I can not express enough what a joy it was to work with her.”

“Work trip to Chicago. This is a neighborhood place, but you can walk to restaurants within 10 minutes and even supermarkets are not far. I stayed car-less, but DIVVY and CTA are close by. Upstairs loft is too low for a 5'11'' to stand, but that's a minor quibble. Just keep it in mind when you plan how many people can stay. This could be fine for two families, with kids sleeping in the loft.”
