“The noise at night was just ridiculous. Loud music loud kids in the hallway. Noise until after midnight. I asked for my room to be cleaned and refilled twice they came in no coffee,sweetener,stirrers.On the second cleaning there was only a half roll of toilet paper left and they never gave us a backup roll. They did not have breakfast so the coffee in the room was important. I travel a lot will never stay there again. ”

“Everything was perfect 👌 ”

“The staff was extremely nice and helpful. The lobby always smelled good. The motel seems a little bit older, so there was wear and tear in some places. For instance, the tub and bathroom. It took quite awhile to get the hot water in our shower. There were places where water had gotten under the paint and it appeared those bubbles were sliced to drain. The pool was under remodel. The “snack station” was always low on snacks. The cable did go out while we were there. My biggest fear with staying……

“Clean”

“On arrival, the front desk staff were kind and attentive to our needs. We booked two rooms and received two different room sizes. It wasn’t really an issue, but it was confusing. The complimentary breakfast had many options. My kids appreciated the ‘make your own waffles’ bar. The gym was spacious and all the equipment was functioning. The pool was clean. The cleaning staff worked every day, and it was noticeable. Everywhere we went smelled clean and we REALLY appreciated that. The hotel rooms……

“This hotel was an absolute disaster, and the entire experience left my girlfriend and me feeling grossed out, frustrated, and genuinely unsafe. The rooms were far from clean—every single one had visible mold in the bathroom: black patches and spots covering the grout, shower tiles, wall edges, and caulking. It looked like years of neglect, even without any obvious smell. I had to switch rooms three times because each one was a new level of unacceptable: • First room: Mold in the bathroom +……

“The breakfast was excellent. Do yourself a favor and add it at the time of purchase esp if there are 2 of you, you will literally save more than half the price than if u paid at the hotel. The shower is second to none for me! Wow! Best one in any hotel I have stayed. Staff is great and rooms are nice ”
