“Shuttle service from the airport to this hotel! You have to call and make reservations! Does not say that on their website! Very disappointed and had to get a very expensive Uber ride to the hotel! This was after long day of cancellations for flights and arrived at airport at 9:15pm. Was looking forward to getting on the “ free shuttle “ to this hotel and going to bed! Need to be clear on their website on “ shuttle!”

“The breakfast was not good/ didn’t have anything much to eat. When checking in the staff was someone helpful but when checking out they were no were to be seen you had to literally call to get there attention since they were on their phone. When I informed that I was charged for 6 rooms and that I had only requested 3 they would not give a refund for rooms I didn’t even request for then on top of that they had said I had checked in to all the rooms when I checked in to 3 with a deposit. “The staff were very helpful! The breakfast was not adequate. Not enough food and the food choices were slim to non existent. Overall, the hotel needs updating!”

“This has got to be the nastiest F##### place ive ever stayed, roaches are everywhere, i moved the mini fridge and those things ran like the scene in ratatouille when the grandma shot out the celling and they went running, i mean like a ice agent running after and illegal bad, please save your money and never come here, and plus, no refund lol”

“The staff had no problem allowing us to check in a little early since we arrived in town sooner than expected. Very polite, clean room and great breakfast. This was our 3rd time staying here and will definitely stay here again when visiting family.”

However, for two days it seemed like someone in a nearby room was smoking, and the smell came strongly into my bathroom. “DIRTY!! Crusted stains in sheets, pubic hairs in the bed, dried urine on the toilet. Disgusting. ”

“Place is decent. To me, room cleanliness is everything, and there were a lot of little details that were missed with cleaning. Bathroom doors and walls were dirty in the first room, so we asked to switch, and had some of the same thing in the next room as well. There is no pool, even though there are several pictures of one on google from past reviews. Staff was nice, location is convenient for the area, and the rooms are furnished nicely.”

“Overall I’d give this property a 3-4/5. The bedding was very comfortable (probably the best we have had), the water pressure and temperature of the shower was great, and the heating and cooling of the room was also great. It’s also in a very central area for what we went for. They were also very accommodating upon arrival as we had to change our room type. Little downside was that there was hole in the wall near the shower where spiders and ants crawled out from time to time. Also the door……
