“Skip this hotel. Their deadlocks do not work on ANY hotel doors and the staff is aware and still checking people in. They apologized and told me to use the latch. So unsafe. I got a full refund and booked elsewhere.”

“We had very high expectations but honestly was a very terrible experience overall. Our first room was dirty, no water pressure and the shower handle was about to fall off. We informed the front desk and they said they would send someone to fix it. We left for a few hours and came back to the front desk and they had no knowledge of what we were talking about when we asked if it was able to get fixed. It was not, someone had been in the room because the shower head was moved but nothing was fixed.……
