TV did not work and when I asked for help no one came, I called twice. The toilet was dirty and so was the shower.

Room clean but air conditioning very poor- room remained warm. Staff friendly Parking adequate. Facility on main road but heard gunshots coming from nearby- perhaps neighborhood not the best.

Everything was perfect. We will be planning another stay in the near future.

Older furniture in the rooms but clean, nice staff. Worked great for a one or two night stay.

The overall stay was okay. Positives: The staff were pleasant, and the hotel was clean. The beds were comfortable. The negatives: The rooms were very uncomfortable, just to be in, there are no chair you have to just sit on the bed. Even with the air on it was hot in the rooms.The indoor pool was extremely cold and isn't enjoyable due to the coldness. The breakfast is a joke of a breakfast.The dining area was extremeley hot. You have to ask for everything even down to a garbage bag. It is not the worst I have stayed at, but for the price it could have been much better. Oh and don't forget the surprise 200.00 deposit fee for two rooms. after the rooms had been paid in full prior to arrival. Which is not a big deal but should be posted prior to room rental .
